So I have uploaded too many photos for my free account and need to either pay for more photo storage or delete photos...decisions, decisions...I will have to think about what some of my other options might be, like if going with a different host site or staying with blogger. Stay tuned for more of Hawaii shortly, once I decide!
If anyone has recommendations I would love to hear it! I really don't want to delete the older photos, how incomplete would that feel? Or maybe I am the only one that likes this blog :)

I find it really hard to believe that you have reached your download limit with blogger - I've been blogging for a LONG time and I think I'm still at 30% of my limit. Really weird.
Anyway, my SIL uses photobucket for her blog pictures. She downloads the photos to photobucket, then pastes the html code in her blog post. Pictures show up as normal, but you don't use any of your blogger space. The only annoying thing is people can't click on the picture to make it bigger.

It does seem quite odd that you would have reached the limit. However, I have two suggestions:
1) If you choose to find a different host you could try wordpress. I use it for my dessert business blog and like it...although more complicated than blogspot.
2) If you just want a photo site to upload to I use flickr and also have used Picasa. I like them both and very simple to use!
