Day 3 Lunch

Everywhere you go on Oahu it seems that you see these mobile restaurants by the side of the road. Most sell shrimp (which is farmed on the island), battered Mahi Mahi, and beef ribs. So when we were done with the tour of the Dole Plantation and it was lunch time we decided to pick a stop with a couple of choices.








Two thumbs up on the ribs plate. J and I both had shrimp, a little messy being the kind you peel yourself, but well worth it.

 A pretty cool truck that we thought would be cool to tool around the island in.
