I have been loving the all the different personalized pumpkins I have been seeing on pinterest and in the craft stores lately and decided to try my hand at it as well last week. I was able to get the vinyl letters from Hobby Lobby for 40% off and the white pumpkins were 50% off and then I had a 20% off my entire purchase, making it a super cheap project. Not only was it cheap, but it was super easy as well.
All you need to get started is you vinyl letter/image, your object that the vinyl is going on and a scissors.
For application on this vinyl we just lifted the clear plastic sheet off.
Placed it on the object on the flattest part and traced the image with some pressure.
Pulled the clear sheet releasing the image from the plastic sheet.
I then took the image part that wasn't secure and worked out all the "kinks" or folds in the image.
Easy-peasy, pumpkin squeezey!
I ended up using the scissors on the B since it was all connected unlike the O. The cut allowed me to work all the folds and "kinks" out of the vinyl.
Not too shabby!
