More to share about Texas...we took the boys to the Rain Forest Cafe that our hotel was right next to. We tried to convince the boys we were going to actually be eating animals from the Rain Forest. I know not very PC being that a lot of animals are probably on an endangered list of some sort, but it was fun to get the wheels spinning in their heads ;) Are we the only ones that pull "April Fool's" all year long?!
They were very happy to see that pizza and spaghetti were on the menu and that they wouldn't have to eat some sort of snake or sloth type creature. Although I did have a wonderful drink called the Green Python ;)
They thought all the animated animals were fun, a little scared at first for how realistic they look, but I think they enjoyed the show more then the food ;) They also had an individual going around making balloon animals while we waited for the food...my boys love balloon animals!
I'm glad we were able to take the boys, it is a bit pricey, but we had been eating all breakfasts and most suppers at our hotel (for free) and thought they would enjoy the experience...and it was meatloaf night ;)
