So the other night the boys finally got to start ball practice for the season. M is on a coach pitch A's team, and J is doing t-ball and plays on the Mariner's and it is super cute to watch them workin' on their skills.
M is playing catcher...I think everyone gets to rotate through the positions and have equal play time so he got to try it out for the first time.
He was a little rusty at first...

and third...
But pretty much made contact with the ball after that....do you see it flying through the air!
Good solid hits too! And pretty good form if I do say so myself...I have been working with him :)
Good thing the skate park was right next to the field..N had a blast running around on the ramp with the other kiddos waiting for siblings.
J also had his first practice....notice what hand he kept putting his glove on....ya you have to catch with your left so you can throw the ball with your right hand.
On the ball like white on rice I tell ya...these kids were all over it and were wrestling on the ground for it....umm hello same team ;)
J ended up with it though ;)
Up to bat...swing batter batter!
Needs a little more umph to it, but it will come...can't wait to see how they will progress over the season!!
