Little N Turns 5..Oops Stuck in the Drafts.

I have no idea why this one didn't publish back in November/December, but thought better late then never!

So before we left for our Thanksgiving in MN we had the chance to celebrate N's Birthday with some friends at the base bowling alley. The kids had a great time doing the neon-glowing-disco-ball-all-request music night..and it didn't break the bank! 

 We had the kids eat their pizza, fruit, and veggies and then bowled for an hour straight before hitting the cupcakes and presents.

And as usual you have the mass chaos of gift opening....

all the kids right on top of everything with said birthday boy in the middle of it so this mom is going crazy trying to get pictures of the birthday boy unblocked by either excited friends or the gifts themselves...and most of the pictures are still terrible.

The next morning was his actual birthday so we celebrated with cinnamon rolls.

And opened presents...

he loved his new ds, and it was perfect for the long car ride to visit family. We loaded up and headed to our first stop, WI to visit my brother and his family...and the boys were so good all the way up since they didn't have to share any ds's.
