Travis Air Expo 2011-Sunday

On the third and and final day of the Air Expo the kiddos, Grandparents and I ventured down on the bus early on Sunday morning. We got there early so that we could beat some of the walk through display traffic and hit just about all the displays we wanted to see without too much of a headache.

We spent most of our time in and around "daddy's" plane and got some good photos with everyone.

For those that haven't seen the KC10 in action here are a series of photos I was able to get:

With boom extended.

Wheels out from side

J also got to sit in the pilot seat of the 130 that came from the MN Air Guard.

Inside the C21

Outside the T1-Which was from Laughlin--so J probably has flown in this one.

Looking at a fighter.

How J spent his airshow days...working and talking to the performers and workers.

Kiddos with their best buds...while I was working out booster/spouse booth.

Waiting for the Thunderbirds to start!

Gma and N riding the free train.

The Thunderbirds last flight of the Expo. What a great experience, everyone had a great time...even with being windburned.
