So J came home from a non-flying month long TDY, and we decided to go out to eat and head to a park...end result lil' J broke his arm and we spent the whole next afternoon at the hospital jumping through the hoops. The break is right above the elbow and appeared to be minor...so by the time we come back from leave he will get to have it off. We ended up ordering a special waterproof cover for our intended trip...we will let you know how well it works for all of you with little kiddos for future reference.

When Kimmee broke her arm several years ago, someone had a waterproof covering that they had bought for their baby girl's broken leg - it fit perfectly over Kimmee's cast, and kept it nice and dry for baths. Hope yours works as well!
